On October 17, 2024, Guo Mingjie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the Provincial Guojing Company, and other leaders visited Meigu County to conduct on-site research on the bottom support assistance project (trial planting of blueberries and Chinese medicinal materials without soil) implemented by Guokangyuan Company.
Accompanied by the project leader, the research team went deep into the fields to personally experience and inspect the growth status of blueberries and traditional Chinese medicine, and listened to the work report on the progress of the project on site. It is reported that this project innovatively uses high-quality peat substrates from abroad for the first time to cultivate economic crops through soilless cultivation. During this period, General Manager Guo Mingjie fully affirmed the current progress of the project and requested growers to continue strengthening field management to improve blueberry yield and quality.
The visit of the research team from Provincial Guojing Company has injected vitality and momentum into the experimental planting project of blueberry and Chinese herbal medicine support in Meigu County.
