The 10th Sichuan Agricultural Expo will be held from September 20th to 23rd, 2024 at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center, in conjunction with the 2024 Smart Agriculture Expo and the 10th Chengdu Agricultural Expo. The exhibition area of this year's exhibition is a total of 100000 square meters, with themed exhibition areas such as the "Tianfu Granary" boutique exhibition area, modern traditional Chinese medicine exhibition area, international exhibition area, provincial outreach area, and smart agriculture exhibition area. On September 21st, Feng Wensheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province, and other leaders visited the Guokangyuan booth and listened to the introduction of the company's Russian peat mineral mining and peat organic input business by Guokangyuan Chairman Pu Wei. Director Feng Wensheng pointed out that due to the requirements of environmental protection in China, the exploitation of Aba and Yuexi peat soils in Sichuan region has been prohibited. I hope Guokangyuan can seize this opportunity to expand and strengthen the peat industry chain with Russia, serve the green development of agriculture in China, and effectively fulfill its mission and responsibility as a state-owned enterprise in Sichuan.
Peat, known as the "black gold of soil", is an organic substance formed by the long-term accumulation of incompletely decomposed plant residues. It is also the best material for improving soil fertility in modern agriculture and one of the best production materials for developing organic agriculture.
The Guokangyuan Peat Fertilizer Production Base is located in Pujiang County, Sichuan Province, with an annual output of over 150000 tons of high-quality peat fertilizers, over 30000 tons of functional organic fertilizers, over 10000 tons of mineral and humic acid fertilizers, and over 20000 tons of various soil conditioning and improvement agents. Covering an area of 215 acres, it mainly includes research and development laboratories, product production workshops, product testing land, and green planting bases for economic crops.
The research and production base of Guokangyuan matrix products is located in Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, covering an area of about 20 acres. The base has convenient transportation and advanced equipment, and is a professional matrix product processing center with leading scale and outstanding comprehensive strength in the southwest region. Relying on the global resource layout of Guokangyuan, this base can produce a full range of professional matrix products. The products cover various types of seedling and nursery substrates, soilless cultivation substrates, garden flower nutrient soils, etc., with an annual production capacity of over 200000 cubic meters.
