Sichuan Guokangyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guokangyuan") was established in 2016 and is a state-owned holding company under the Sichuan Provincial State-owned Assets Investment and Management Co., Ltd. It is jointly owned by Sichuan Guojing Xingnong Investment Co., Ltd., Aerospace Environmental Protection Fund, and Zhengyao Capital. Guokangyuan focuses on investment in overseas high-quality mineral mining projects and bulk material procurement and transportation, as well as the research, development, and promotion of biocontrol agents and functional microbial agents; the research and production of high-end organic fertilizers; the development and production of seedling and cultivation substrates; the treatment and remediation of saline-alkali land, desertification, and polluted land; the resource development of agricultural and forestry waste; and ecological restoration and urban agricultural land services. It is a technology-driven agricultural group company with high-quality resources, leading technologies, efficient production, and a complete industrial chain.

Headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan, Guokangyuan operates production bases and green planting demonstration bases, including a facility in Pujiang, Sichuan, with an annual output of over 150,000 tons of peat-based refined fertilizers, 30,000 tons of functional organic fertilizers, over 10,000 tons of mineral-based and humic acid fertilizers, and over 20,000 tons of various soil conditioners and ameliorants; a nursery and cultivation substrate production base in Wenjiang, Sichuan, with an annual output of 200,000 m³; and two warehousing and logistics distribution centers in Tongjiang Port, Heilongjiang, and Shanghai.

Guokangyuan is actively expanding its overseas procurement and transportation of multifunctional natural organic mineral resources. The company has participated in various types of organic mineral mining projects across Europe, Russia’s Far East, and Southeast Asia. Guokangyuan is committed to aligning the world’s highest-quality resources with the demands of the Chinese market, aiming to build the "Guokangyuan" and "GKY" brands based on China, with services extending to global markets.
